Take 200 grams of 00 powder, add a small amount of sugar, salt and liquid oil, and then add 3 teaspoons of instant yeast. Knead with 125 grams of warm water to form a non-sticky and elastic dough, then ferment at room temperature until doubled in size. This amount can make two pizzas about 20cm in diameter.
