First cleaning: Before use, use a brush to clean the dust and sawdust in the mold, wipe it clean with a damp cloth; or use dough to paste the dust in the hole.
Mold removal techniques: Knead the dough until it becomes firmer, rub a little dry flour on the dough and press it into the mold. Tap the mold up and down, left and right, and tap backwards to release the mold.
Dough cleaning: After making the pasta, use a brush to sweep away the remaining flour in the mold, or use a toothpick to pick it out.
Daily placement: Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and air conditioning and heating, otherwise problems such as cracking and deformation may occur.
