Ingredients: 300 grams of Rizheng low-gluten flour, 120 grams of Rizheng sugar powder, 10 grams of Rizheng baking powder, 1.5 eggs, 30 grams of vegetable oil, 1 bowl of water (225c.c.), and a little salt.
1. Sift the flour, beat the eggs and set aside.
2. Add 60 grams of powdered sugar, eggs, vegetable oil and a little salt to water, mix and dissolve, then add flour and stir evenly.
3. Put the batter into a bag, cut an opening, squeeze out a circle shape on a spatula, heat the oil, put in the donuts and fry until the surface is golden brown, take out the spatula, fry the other side and take it out, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
