How to make jam (about 130ml)
Ingredients: 5g pectin powder, 50cc water, 150g fruit, 100g sugar, 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice *The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to personal taste.
1. Sprinkle pectin in hot water and dissolve.
2. Put the fruit and sugar in the pot and cook until the whole thing is slightly thickened (low heat for 10 to 15 minutes).
3. Add the pectin dissolved in the hot water to the pot and bring to a further boil. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes and remove
scum.
4. Finally add lemon juice and stir evenly.
