Tools: Fully three-dimensional spherical chocolate mold, flat-bottomed glass bowl.
Ingredients: 150g of chocolate (no need to temper)
Inner filling: mini cake/frozen cake/ice cream/fruit
Glazing: light cream/chocolate sauce/wine
:
1. Melt the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl with warm water below 50°C.
2. Pour the chocolate solution into the spherical mold and close the mold to ensure that the chocolate is evenly distributed in the mold.
3. Place in the refrigerator to set (it will take about 20 minutes), take out the shaped chocolate ball mold, gently tap the opening, and carefully remove the hemispherical mold.
4. Place the chocolate ball in a heated glass bowl and use heat to melt one end of the ball to form an opening (the size of the opening depends on the indentation)
5. Place the prepared filling in the center of the dish and arrange it according to personal preference. Try not to make it too large to cover the chocolate balls.
6. When finished, just top with the heated glaze ingredients and enjoy.
