    Osmanthus cake production:
    Ingredients: 1 tablespoon osmanthus sugar, 90 grams rock sugar (can be increased or decreased according to personal preference), 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon fish gelatin powder, 300 ml hot water.
    
    1. Bring the water to a boil, lower the heat, add rock sugar and cook until completely dissolved.
    2. Add osmanthus sugar, you can taste it first and adjust the sweetness to suit you.
    3. Pour isinglass powder into sugar water and mix well until completely dissolved.
    3. Pour it into a mold (jelly mold), let it cool, and then put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
    *Before putting it in the refrigerator, use a toothpick to stir the osmanthus evenly (to prevent the osmanthus from sinking to the bottom) and let it spread evenly
