工具 12圓形鬆餅盤 /撻紙/膠括/打蛋器/唧嘴/唧袋
預熱焗爐180°C 將低筋麵粉、泡打粉與糖、鹽過篩
將雞蛋、無鹽牛油(液態)/菜油加入粉類拌勻成麵糊
將麵糊倒入撻紙約7分滿。
焗20-25分鐘,預備butter cream。
先用打蛋器打滑牛油,再將糖粉分3-4次加入牛油打發。打至淺黃色至白色即可。
Butter cream放入唧袋造型,再灑上裝飾。
