預備 1.將艾草粉浸泡在熱水中。 2.將黃豆粉鋪在大盤上。
將豆腐放入耐熱碗中,用打蛋器攪拌成奶油狀。
加入所有其餘的原料(包括濕艾草),揉至粘稠。
輕輕的包好,放入微波爐600w加熱2分鐘,用抹刀拌勻。再加熱 1 分鐘並揉捏
將艾草麵團取出,放在舖有大豆粉的墊子上,然後從上面壓平。翻過來,另一面加入黃豆粉,分成5等份。
擀平,裹上35-40克紅否蓉,整成圓形。冰箱裡稍微冷藏(撒上剩下的大豆粉)更美味。
