Ingredients: 200g dark chocolate 50g pistachio bread crumbs 50g unsalted butter 1.5 tablespoons honey Instructions: 1. Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl. Add the butter to the bowl, then place the bowl over a pot of hot water. Heat and stir until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and combined. 2. Add the honey to the chocolate mixture and stir well. 3. Pour the 50g of ready-to-use pistachio bread crumbs into the chocolate mixture and gently stir to distribute evenly. 4. Pour the mixture into a small square pan or mold lined with baking paper, and smooth the surface. 5. Place the chocolate in the refrigerator to cool for at least 2 hours until completely set.
