Microwave Recipe: Suitable for 2-3 200cc heat-resistant cups 120 grams of rice flour cake premix, 110 ml of water, and 25 grams of vegetable oil. Mix all ingredients evenly and pour into the cup until it is half full. Heat each cup in 500W microwave for about 4-5 minutes, insert a bamboo skewer into the non-stick batter and it will be ready.
