Only red beans grown in Hokkaido are used, dried and ground into powder, with no added sugar.
Suggested recipe for red bean paste: Put 400ml of water into a saucepan, add 1 bag of red bean powder, and put on fire. After boiling, add 240 grams of sugar and a little salt, stir well to avoid burning. Please adjust the water, sugar and salt content to your liking. One bag of this product can make about 550-600 grams of red bean paste.
