Mulled wine spice mix 1 package, Red wine 750 mL, Honey or rock candy to taste 1. Place the mulled wine spice mix into a pot. 2. Pour in the red wine and add honey or brown sugar to taste. 3. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes, until lightly bubbling.
