Lee Cheung Wo Bowl Cake Premix 300g
    White Sugar 160g
    Red Beans 100g
    Water 375 + 525ml
    Instructions:

Wash the red beans thoroughly, then cook in a pot for 60 minutes until soft.
Prepare the Lee Cheung Wo Bowl Cake Premix (no need to mix anything else), pour it into a bowl, and add water, stirring well.
Add water to a pot, then add sugar, and cook over medium heat until completely dissolved and boiling.
Pour the hot syrup into the batter and mix quickly, or replace white sugar with rock sugar.
Brush a thin layer of oil inside small bowls, steam on high heat for about 5 minutes, then add red beans and pour in the batter until 80% full.
Steam on high heat for about 15 minutes. Insert a bamboo skewer; if it comes out clean, it's done.
Remove and let cool, then run a bamboo skewer around the edge of the bowl to unmold.
