Crepes that are chewy and slightly sweet can be easily made.
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Rice Flour, Oil Powder, Salt, Egg White Powder, Modified Starch, Flavor, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), (Some ingredients contain milk and soybeans).
Store in cool dry place
Makes about 20 crepes. [Ingredients] 100g pre-mixed powder, 2 eggs (M), 200cc milk, 15cc vegetable oil. 1. Put the premixed powder and eggs into a bowl and mix evenly with a whisk. 2. Then add milk in 2-3 times and stir until the dough is smooth. 3. Finally add vegetable oil and mix well. Bake in a skillet until nicely browned on both sides. *Top the crepes with your favorite fruits and cream for a delicious dessert.
