2 eggs, milk (30ml), unsalted butter (100g) or vegetable butter (100g).
You can add additionally: chocolate (60-100g), walnuts (45g).
1. First, cut the bitter chocolate and butter into small pieces, put them in a bowl, and melt them with hot water (about 50°C) [A].
2. Sift the flour twice [B].
3. Chop half of the walnuts and reserve the rest for garnish.
4. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the granulated sugar and mix.
5. Add [A] and mix with a whisk. Add sifted flour [B] and chopped walnuts, mix evenly with a rubber spatula.
6. Pour into the mold, sprinkle walnuts on the surface, and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes.
*With deoxidizer attached to maintain quality. Please remove deoxidizer before use.
