Ingredients (make 2 copies) 100g Okonomiyaki noodles, 2 eggs, 120ml water, 300g shredded cabbage, appropriate amount of pork slices Mix okonomiyaki pre-mixed powder and water and mix well. Add chopped cabbage, eggs and mix together. Stir vigorously to incorporate air into the dough and make it fluffier. Heat a grilled frying pan or frying pan to 200 degrees, add a small amount of oil, pour the ingredients and place the pork slices on top. Fry until the top is golden brown, then flip and fry for another 5-6 minutes. Flip the fried okonomiyaki over and top with sauce, minced garlic and other seasonings.
