    Ingredients: 200g gluten-free okonomiyaki pre-mixed powder, 24g vegetable oil, 300g cabbage, appropriate amount of your favorite ingredients
    Cut the cabbage into thin strips, mix water, vegetable oil and gluten-free okonomiyaki pre-mix until there are no lumps, add cabbage and other ingredients, stir well, apply a thin layer of oil on a 200-degree electric hot plate or frying pan, pour 1/4 of the batter, and fry until golden brown, turn over with a spatula, cover the pot, and continue frying until both sides are golden brown, and finally put corn on it, sprinkle with bonito flakes and aonori.
