Eggs (3 pieces/about 150g), milk (150ml), vegetable oil (100ml) or room temperature butter (100g) 1. Put all the premixed powder, eggs, milk and vegetable oil or room temperature butter into a mixing bowl, mix well at slow speed, then turn to high speed and mix for about 4-6 minutes until combined. 2. Pour into a cake mold of approximately 24cm, and preheat the oven to 180°C. 3. Bake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes. Test with a bamboo skewer to see if it is not sticky.
