Egg (1/50g), room temperature butter (40g), water (75ml) Serving size: about 12 pieces
1. Put yeast powder, eggs, room temperature butter, water and premixed powder into a mixing bowl, mix well with a rubber spatula, and knead until it forms a ball and is not sticky.
2. Cover the top of the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 45 minutes until the dough doubles in volume.
3. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5CM and use a mold to shape the dough.
4. Place the dough on a tray covered with oil paper, cover with plastic wrap, and let it ferment for at least 20 minutes.
5. Heat cooking oil, add donuts, fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and take out.
6. Take it out, dip it in powdered sugar or chocolate sauce, and serve.
